Methode 1: Heb je al een ring die goed past?
Pak een goed passende ring en meet de binnendiameter in millimeters met een liniaal. Dat is je ringmaat!

Methode 2: Geen ring? Geen probleem!

Neem een dun touwtje, lintje of papiertje.
Wikkel dit strak (maar comfortabel) om de vinger waarop je de ring wilt dragen.
Markeer waar de uiteinden samenkomen.
Meet de lengte in millimeters: dit is je vingeromtrek.
Bekijk in de tabel welke ringmaat bij jouw omtrek past.

How fast do you ship out orders?

We use DHL Express on all orders. For order processing and fulfillment, please allow 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information is available.

Please note: for product launches, restocks, holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 3–4 business days for order processing due to our high volume. The shipping date (= the date on which your pieces leave our atelier) is mentioned on every product page, depending on stock levels.

I need my package delivered asap, can you help?

If you need your pieces urgently, drop us an e-mail at hello@deniz.nl and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through the DHL link you received by email. If anything is unclear, drop us a line at hello@deniz.nl and we'll help you out.

Is my shipment insured?

Rest assured, your package is fully insured by us. All shipments are 100% covered, so you can relax knowing your order is protected. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking notice from DHL. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 days of that DHL notice, please contact us promptly so we can initiate the insurance process within the required time frame and arrange a replacement.

Can my order be delivered without anyone there to receive it?

Yes — just keep in mind that if you request the package to be delivered without someone there to receive it (for example, at the doorstep), the delivery is considered complete once it has been delivered by the courier, as per your instructions.

Welke verzendopties hebben jullie?

Je kunt je bestelling ophalen in onze winkel, thuis laten bezorgen door DHL of ophalen bij een DHL servicepunt.

Wat zijn de verzendkosten?

Je kunt in onze webshop kiezen voor verschillende aflevermethodes, elk met eigen verzendkosten:

Ophalen in de winkel is altijd gratis
Laten bezorgen via DHL € 3,95 (of gratis vanaf € 48,99*)
Ophalen bij een DHL punt € 3,95 (of gratis vanaf € 48,99*)

Hoe wordt een bestelling geleverd?

Jouw pakketje wordt verstuurd zonder pakbon en je ontvangt een gratis cadeauverpakking bij je bestelling. We versturen met DHL, je kunt kiezen voor thuisbezorgen of ophalen bij een DHL servicepunt. Afhankelijk van het product kunnen we het in je brievenbus bezorgen of moet de bezorger aanbellen. Je kunt natuurlijk ook kiezen voor ophalen in onze winkel.

Wat is de levertijd?

Afhankelijk van je verzendoptie. Kies je voor thuisbezorgen of ophalen bij een DHL servicepunt en bestel je op een werkdag vóór 17:00, dan wordt je bestelling de volgende dag bezorgd. Bestel je in het weekend vóór zondag 24:00, dan wordt je bestelling dinsdag geleverd. Kies je voor ophalen in de winkel, dan ligt je bestelling binnen 1–3 werkdagen klaar.

Verzending en bezorging

Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een e-mail met een track & trace-link, zodat je je pakket kunt volgen. Past het pakketje in de brievenbus, dan hoef je niet thuis te zijn voor de bezorging — bij de track-en-trace-informatie staat vermeld of dat het geval is.

Bij pakketbezorging probeert DHL het één keer opnieuw als je niet thuis bent. Daarna wordt je pakket naar een DHL Servicepunt gebracht.

Wanneer kan ik mijn bestelling ophalen in de winkel?

Je pakketje ligt na bestellen binnen 1–3 werkdagen klaar in de winkel. Je ontvangt een bevestiging van de winkel zodra deze klaarligt om opgehaald te worden. Wil je al eerder weten op welke dag we de bestelling verwachten? Neem dan telefonisch contact op met de winkel. Je hebt 14 dagen de tijd om je pakketje op te halen; heb je langer nodig, neem dan contact op om afspraken te maken.

Wij bezorgen in Nederland, België en Duitsland.

Met de DENIZ ringsizer meet je eenvoudig en nauwkeurig je ringmaat aan elke vinger. Inclusief afleeskaartje voor directe omrekening naar de Nederlandse maatvoering. De fijnste manier om zekerheid te krijgen voordat je een ring bestelt.

Absolutely, every piece is independently verified through a multi-step expert process. You'll receive full documentation and our authenticity assurance with every purchase.

02Can I schedule a consultation?

Yes, at DENIZ you can make an appointment online without obligation, where we will personally guide you in choosing the perfect watch that meets all your wishes. We offer expert advice to answer all your questions. Whether you have questions about watches in our collection, are curious about a specific Rolex model, or need advice on watch maintenance, our expert staff are always on hand to help you.

03Can I also view the watches in real life?

Yes, to view the watches in real life before purchasing, you can easily schedule a no-obligation appointment. We will be happy to welcome you at our visiting address in Zwolle. Without an appointment, it is unfortunately not possible to view the watches due to our external safe.

04Do you have all the watches listed on the website in stock?

Watches that display a confirmed price are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Models listed as "On Request" are not currently in stock but can typically be sourced for you within a short timeframe. In those cases, availability and pricing are confirmed upon request based on current market conditions.

05How long is the warranty on the watches?

All our watches have a minimum 1 year warranty. In addition, Rolex always offers a 5 year warranty from the date of issue stated on the warranty card.
